Reformer Pilates

The Daily Pilates reformer experience is designed to meet your body exactly where it is. Classes move with intention—controlled, mindful, and empowering movement while offering a range of formats to support every stage of your practice.

Settle into the foundations with our Beginner Foundations classes, flow deeper with our Signature Sculpt, elevate your energy with Jumpboard, or unwind and reset in Restorative Stretch + Sound Bath. Each session is thoughtfully crafted to improve alignment, strengthen your core, and leave you feeling centered, lengthened, and invigorated.

This combination provides an unmatched range of motion, resistance levels, and support, making it suitable for all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners, and even those recovering from injuries

First-Time Pilates Client Checklist

  • Wear Grippy Socks
    Grippy socks are required for class—bring your own or purchase in the studio.
  • Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early
    Give yourself time to check in, get oriented, and settle in before class begins.
  • Bring Water
    Stay hydrated! A water bottle is always a good idea.
  • Wear Comfortable, Fitted Clothing
    Choose clothing that allows you to move freely and helps instructors see your form.
  • Let Your Instructor Know If You're New
    They’ll guide you through the basics and offer modifications as needed.
  • Inform Staff of Any Injuries or Concerns
    This helps the instructor tailor the experience to your needs.
  • Turn Off or Silence Your Phone
    Help keep the space peaceful and distraction-free for everyone.

  • First Time on the Reformer
    If it's your first time on the reformer, we require you begin with our Foundations class or a private session
