Hear From Our Graduates
Teacher Training Success: Alana
After years of practicing at The Daily Pilates, Alana’s love for movement naturally evolved into something deeper.
“I started to ask… what is going to mentally challenge me now? That mental challenge would be to deepen my practice and learn the why behind it.”
That curiosity led her to teacher training, where she found the structure, support, and education she needed to grow with confidence. “It was so comforting and so grounding… by giving us the resources that we needed and the tools that we needed, I was able to find my voice.”
For her, teaching is about something even more meaningful than choreography or correction. “The fact that I’m able to imprint just a little bit of impact and make their day a little bit brighter… that’s the big win.”
