About the Role
The part-time, remote, Content & Marketing Manager position will be responsible for supporting franchise studios in executing on-brand, effective local marketing. This role is equal parts creative and collaborative — you’ll guide franchisees on best practices, review and refine their marketing content, and develop resources that make it easy for every studio to represent The Daily Pilates beautifully and consistently.
This position reports to the corporate team and works closely with studio managers, providing direct support and strategic direction for social media, newsletters, promotions, and local events.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Marketing Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for studio managers on all marketing-related needs.
Content Review & Guidance: Review and approve franchisee-created content (social media posts, newsletters, and promotions) to ensure alignment with brand standards.
Brand Consistency: Uphold and evolve The Daily Pilates brand voice and visual identity across all locations.
Template & Toolkit Development: Create and update Canva templates, marketing toolkits, and asset libraries that make it simple for franchisees to produce on-brand materials.
Social Media Strategy: Support franchise studios in implementing local Instagram strategies and campaigns that align with corporate brand initiatives.
Content Creation: Assist studios and corporate with content creation ideas and shoots.
Campaign Coordination: Help plan and roll out franchise-wide campaigns, promotions, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Training & Communication: Work with the Director of Operations & Technology to provide regular brand and marketing updates, best practices, and training resources to franchise owners and their teams.
Event Support: Advise on or coordinate brand events, pop-ups, and local collaborations to maintain quality and consistency.
Assist with or manage paid advertising efforts (Meta, Google, or local campaigns) to drive awareness and leads.
Qualifications:
3+ years of marketing experience, ideally within a multi-location, franchise, or lifestyle/fitness brand
Strong experience in Canva and social media management, particularly Instagram
Excellent understanding of brand voice, design consistency, and content review
Knowledgeable and up to date with trends and calculating performance metrics
Skilled at giving constructive creative feedback and supporting others’ marketing efforts
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects across teams
Experience with paid ad management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, or similar platforms)
