Prenatal Pilates

A note from our Founder:

I’ve spent a big chunk of my career working closely with prenatal clients throughout their pregnancies so it’s wild to actually experience it myself now! Our teacher training and bridge courses for The Daily Pilates Instructors incorporates so much of what I have learned from amazing experts over the years, and the biggest takeaway I think everyone can ask others and themselves is “How is everything feeling today?” The best source of knowledge is yourself; listen to your body, use that intuitive connection to move with what feels best each day. Pilates allows you to do this in such a special way, and I’m so grateful to have found this practice to incorporate into every stage of my life🤍
