Choose Your Class

If you are new to Pilates, please choose from Foundations or a private session to get started. If you are experienced in Pilates Reformer, you are free to choose from any of our other classes!

Once you decide which class/private you would like to begin with, select the time and date and Mindbody will direct you to a list of pricing options including newbie specials!

Visit our FAQ page to review what all is required (grippy socks, etc.) and follow your welcome email instructions once you have booked your class.

Arrive & Check In

Arrive to the studio 5 minutes before class start time and check in with us at the front desk. You are all set from there!

First-Time Pilates Client Checklist

  • Wear Grippy Socks
    Grippy socks are required for class—bring your own or purchase in the studio.
  • Arrive 5–10 Minutes Early
    Give yourself time to check in, get oriented, and settle in before class begins.
  • Bring Water
    Stay hydrated! A water bottle is always a good idea.
  • Wear Comfortable, Fitted Clothing
    Choose clothing that allows you to move freely and helps instructors see your form.
  • Let Your Instructor Know If You're New
    They’ll guide you through the basics and offer modifications as needed.
  • Inform Staff of Any Injuries or Concerns
    This helps the instructor tailor the experience to your needs.
  • Turn Off or Silence Your Phone
    Help keep the space peaceful and distraction-free for everyone.

Looking for more details?

  • We recommend wearing comfortable clothing you can easily move in. Grippy socks should be worn for all classes.

  • Bring water and grippy socks. Grippy socks are available for purchase in studio while supplies lasts. A touchless, filtered water filler station is provided at each studio.

  • 5-10 minutes before class starts, the studio is cleaned between each class so we are not able to accommodate any earlier.

  • Don't stress, we have a 5 minute grace period so you can come in quietly and join us! Clients more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed into class for safety reasons, we kindly ask for your cooperation in this.

  • It happens! Please be sure to do so online at least 16 hours before class time or your credit card will be charged. Students with class packs will have a class deducted from their package. For those with monthly unlimited packages, the drop-in rate for your class will be charged if you no-show, $15 if you late cancel.

  • We recommend putting yourself on the waitlist in case there is a cancellation, if a spot opens you will be added to the list and receive a confirmation email/text. Please make sure you have selected text or email to be notified. If it is after the 16-hour mark we recommend checking MindBody to see if a spot has opened so you may manually add yourself.

  • We offer a beginner reformer class so private sessions are not required. If you have any injuries or restrictions it is highly recommended you schedule a one-on-one first for safety reasons.

    We love having newbies to Pilates, make sure to let your instructor know so they may give you modifications as needed. Newbies MUST start with Foundations before advancing to Sculpt and other classes.

  • Since our studios are independently owned, packages are only valid at the location where they were purchased.

  • While results vary by individual, many find that practicing Pilates 2–5 times per week is a great way to feel and see the benefits of Pilates. We offer monthly unlimited memberships and group class packs to support a routine that aligns with your personal goals.

  • We love seeing your amazing content! To protect the privacy of others and to help you stay focused on your practice, we require all content be taken before and after classes, avoiding anyone else without permission in the frame. You are also welcome to book a private to film yourself during your session as well.
